Finalists for Innovation of the Year — again
Behavior Change Score nominated for the 2025 Swedish Learning Awards

In 2024, Tilda was awarded Innovation of the Year at the Swedish Learning Awards — an annual event recognizing forward-thinking solutions in corporate learning and development. The award acknowledged Tilda’s early-stage product, co-developed with several enterprise partners.
In 2025, Tilda is once again among the finalists — this time together with RISE – Research Institutes of Sweden. The nomination highlights the joint development of the Behavior Change Score, a feature within Tilda that supports organizations in planning and evaluating learning and change initiatives.
Where product, AI, and science meet
Most organizations measure impact after an initiative is delivered. But by then, time and budget are already spent and it's often too late to adjust.
Behavior Change Score turns that process around.
It helps organizations estimate the impact before implementation and gives science-based feedback to improve the design from the start. The score is based on research in behavior change, learning, neuroscience, and organizational psychology.
"Research and practice both show that behavior change happens when people are truly given the opportunity to learn and grow together. That’s what makes Behavior Change Score such a valuable innovation. It connects research on learning and behavior in a concrete way, helping organizations succeed more effectively with their transformation efforts."
— Katarina Pietrzak, scientist at RISE
Going forward, our focus is to build a Bayesian model powered by structural causal graphs – grounded in empirical evidence of what truly drives behavior change.
“This is like summarizing the entire field of behavioral science into one causal spaghetti, that only Tilda is learning to navigate.”
— Nicklas Korsell, scientist at RISE
