Tilda is an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps teams design, plan, and optimize learning and change initiatives. It guides users step by step, from defining goals to structuring activities, using behavior science and AI to increase real impact.
Tilda is built for HR, Learning & Development, People & Culture, Sustainability, and Transformation teams. It also supports managers, subject matter experts, and project leaders who are responsible for driving change but may not be learning designers by training.
Tilda supports a wide range of initiatives, including onboarding programs, leadership development, internal capability-building, process rollouts, and organization-wide transformation efforts.
Tilda complements your existing tools. It is not an LMS or content platform. Instead, it helps you structure initiatives, co-create materials, and design the process. You can export your work and deliver it through the platforms you already use.
Tilda combines AI with research-based guidance to help you make better design decisions, faster. It does not just generate content. It helps you plan initiatives that are more likely to result in meaningful behavior change and measurable impact.
Yes. Tilda can be adapted to reflect your strategy, processes, terminology, and ways of working. You can also create department or team-specific profiles and upload your own content to work with inside the platform.
Tilda uses trusted AI providers such as Microsoft Azure OpenAI and OpenAI to generate guidance and suggestions. Your content is kept private and is not used to train AI models. The AI adapts to your context without requiring technical setup or configuration.
You can start a free 7 day trial today. Getting started with your subscription is also easy: reach out to our team, and once the agreement is signed your team is up and running immediately.
Security
No. Tilda does not use your data to train or fine-tune AI models. Our providers, Microsoft Azure OpenAI and OpenAI, are contractually prohibited from training on user data.
Your data is stored and processed on secure infrastructure provided by certified providers in compliance with EU data protection standards. Clients can choose EU-only or EU/US data processing.
Only authorized users in your organization who are explicitly invited to a project can access it. The Tilda team does not have access to user data, unless permission is given for support cases.
Yes. While Tilda is typically delivered as a fully managed SaaS solution, we also offer the option to deploy Tilda in your own cloud infrastructure if needed.
Our infrastructure partners hold leading certifications ISO 27001 (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Vercel, Mixpanel) and SOC 2 (Neon, Clerk, OpenAI).
Tilda is built with privacy by design. Personal identifiers are minimized in AI prompts, and the system flags potentially sensitive data, guiding users to anonymize or remove it when necessary.
Pricing
Tilda uses a flexible, usage-based pricing model. Annual subscription plans include a fixed Base fee and a flexible Tasks package. You choose your Tasks package to meet you estimated need, and Tasks are used across all your teams and initiatives. You pay for what you create and use, not per user.
A Task represent a specific action Tilda performs, such as generating part of an initiative brief, designing a step in an intervention, or creating a script for a video.
We believe pricing should reflect real use and value created, not headcount. A usage-based model ensures that both core users and occasional collaborators can access the platform without added cost.
There are no user limits. You can invite as many collaborators, stakeholders, or team members as needed. Our pricing model is based on usage, not number of users.
Yes. You can scale up your Task packages as your usage and needs grow. Note that Tasks purchased as part of the initial subscription plan come with a 30% discount compared to Tasks purchased during the term.
If you use all your included Tasks before your plan renews, you can purchase additional Task Top-Up packages.
