We are on a mission to help more people succeed with the change the world actually needs.

We’ve seen it up close: well-intentioned learning and change initiatives that take time, energy, and resources, but still don’t lead to real change.
Not because people don’t care. But because many of the methods we still use don’t lead to behavior change. Too often, learning is treated as an event. It’s separated from daily work. Built around content, not behavior. And disconnected from what the research tells us about how people change.
That’s the problem we’ve been working on for over 15 years.
Bella Funck and Sveinung Skaalnes have spent their careers helping organizations transform the way they work with learning and change. From startups to public agencies to global companies, they’ve built a research-based methodology, practical toolkits, and hands-on train-the-trainer programs, all designed to increase the effect of change initiatives.
In 2023, generative AI made it possible to bring this thinking to more people, faster and at scale.
At the same time, Marcus Woxneryd, with 20+ years in digital product development and a background as CEO and co-founder of ustwo, was exploring how AI could strengthen learning, driven by the experience of supporting his autistic son.
The match was instant. We had been approaching the same problem from different angles, and found that we shared the same values, complementary skills, and a belief that this work truly matters.
What connects us isn’t just experience, it’s how we choose to work.
We believe in collaboration: with each other, with users, with clients. We believe in experimentation: testing early, learning fast, building what’s truly needed, not just what’s expected.
We’re here because we care about the people who wants to make change happen. If that’s you, we see you. And we’re building Tilda for you.
