Scale Change Capability with AI: Hackshift program
The challenge
Most organizations have started with AI. The next question is: How do we make it create real impact?
That's what we're exploring in this pilot, together with the organizations that don't want to wait and see.
Change leaders, HR directors, and L&D teams are wrestling with the same challenges:
- Change initiatives get delivered, but the effect doesn't stick
- More people are expected to drive change, but lack the experience and support to do it well
- SharePoint toolkits and train-the-trainer programs aren't enough
New territory is easier to navigate together. That's why we created this initiative.
The program
A 3-month hands-on pilot where your organization uses Tilda, a specialized AI workspace built for behavior change, to drive real change initiatives, while learning alongside other organizations doing the same.
The shared question we'll explore together: How can Tilda help us increase the impact of change initiatives and scale change capability across our organization?
The program helps HR & transformation teams:
- Reduce guesswork in change initatives
- Design behaviour shifts rooted in science
- Support the organisation to drive change, beyond your time.
The goal is to increase impact behavior change), improve efficiency, and make change happen faster.
What Tilda does
Tilda is an AI workspace that combines behavioral science and AI to guide anyone driving change, from design to activation to measurement. Built for one thing: helping people drive behavior change that sticks, without needing to be an expert.
It gives project managers, team leads, HR business partners, and L&D specialists the structure, guidance, and intelligence to:
- Design behavior-focused initiatives grounded in behavioral science, not guesswork
- Get clear recommendations at every step, from design through to measurment and activation
- Collaborate with stakeholders and create alignment around change initiatives
- Create the communications, activities, and content needed to activate change
- Track whether behavior is actually changing and adjust if it's not
- Build their own capability with every initiative they run
