The challenge

Your organization has identified change management as a critical capability to build and it’s one of your team’s priorities for 2026.

You may already have (or be planning to):

  • invested in a change management program
  • built a SharePoint site with tools, templates, and best practices
  • made change management e-learning available

Yet despite these efforts, people still struggle to lead change in practice and your HR or Change team becomes the bottleneck to support change. And you are now wondering:

How can AI help us scale change capability in everyday work?

If this sounds familiar, this program is likely for you.

The program

This is a hands-on 3-month development and pilot program where you explore how AI, grounded in behavioral science, can help you build and support change capability at scale, alongside other organizations working on the same shift.

The goal is to increase impact (actual behavior change), improve efficiency, and make change happen faster.

What you get:

1. Setup support: You’ll get template and guidance to define use cases, success criteria, KPIs, users, and scope.

2. Access to the specialized AI tool, Tilda: A selected group of people in your organization use Tilda drive change as part of everyday work.‍

3. Onboarding & Adoption support: Onboarding, and support so pilot users get the most out of the AI tool.

4. Peer learning with other organisations: Three facilitated roundtables to exchange  insights, challenges, and learnings with others.

5. Data & insights: We’ll co-create a business case capturing learnings and impact, based on data from users and key stakeholders.

Tilda will help your pilot users to:

  • Increase impact, save time and build change capabilities
  • Collaborate and create alignment around change initiatives
  • Get guidance, structure, and recommendations on how to drive change, grounded in behavioral science and real impact
  • Measure progress and adapt change initiatives based on learnings
  • Create, refine, and support the materials and activities needed to move change forward

After the program you will have:

1. Packaged learnings from an AI pilot in change. Clear documentation of value created, what improved (speed, quality, consistency, confidence, effort), changes in ways of working, and what impact it can have.

2. A business case for scaling change capability. Including a concrete proposal for next steps beyond the pilot.

To take part, your organization needs to:

✓ Have a clear mandate and priority to develop change capability

✓ Appoint one program lead acting as main contact and project owner for the pilot

✓ Create steering group to evaluate outcomes and decide next steps

✓ Identify 5–15 pilot users who will actively use Tilda to drive change

✓ Setup a temporary user agreement for Tilda for the duration of the program.
