Märta leads Learning & Development at Volvo CE and will share how she used Tilda’s Behavior Change scoring to evaluate their new way to deliver training.

In this hack-along, she walks through how the team used Tilda to benchmark the long-running classroom heavy program against a skill-based digital first model. By feeding both designs into Tilda, they generated Behavior Change Score™ and pinpointed where each concept met or missed adult-learning and transfer criteria. The session explores the full evaluation workflow in Tilda, the key findings, and how these insights will shape the team’s learning strategy moving forward.

  4. Join the 90-minute Hack-along, exchange tips, tricks and ideas on how to approach your initiative and how to use Tilda.
