Hack-Along — Scaling Change Capability with AI — Linn Haller, H&M
Scaling Change Capability with AI
How can a small, central team build change capability and learning quality across a global organisation — without relying too much on external consultants or becoming the bottleneck?
Join us for an interactive 90-minute Hack-Along with Linn Haller from H&M Group, where we explore how her team is using Tilda to support a large-scale upskilling initiative within H&M’s IT organisation. The goal: to strengthen internal capability, reduce dependency on external consultants, and build a more decentralised model for learning and change.
And in addition to hearing from Linn: In this session you will work on your own change initiative using Tilda – an AI-powered workspace to design behavior change initiatives, get peer feedback, insights, and a hands-on experience with science-based design.
Special guest: Linn Haller from H&M Group
Linn and her team are currently learning by doing; co-creating templates and structures together with SMEs to build the foundation for a more decentralised and scalable way of working with learning and change.
She will share:
- How Tilda will enable subject-matter experts to contribute their expertise without needing to become learning designers — saving valuable time and effort.
- How the central L&D and change team can focus on strategy and quality, while ensuring coherence and consistency at scale.
- How H&M is testing templates and custom profiles in Tilda to embed tone of voice, learning flow and design principles into every project.
- How this approach could significantly reduce manual work and consultant costs, while creating a consistent “H&M learning experience” that strengthens both capability and culture.
Together, we’ll look at how AI will enable the bridge between central strategy and local implementation; creating scalable, human-centred change initiatives that make a real difference.
